With a career spanning nearly five decades at the Internal Revenue Service, Yvonne has held various roles, culminating as the Employee/Community Liaison Officer for the Northeast Area. In this position, she has focused on enhancing employee satisfaction and visibility in the community—skills that are invaluable in her role as Treasurer, where managing finances and building trust within the community are essential. Barbara Miller-Williams | Recording Secretary
Barbara Miller-Williams serves as the Corresponding Secretary for Gamma Phi Omega Housing Development Corporation, bringing extensive public service experience. She currently serves as the City of Buffalo Comptroller. She was appointed as the Ellicott District Councilmember in 1995, serving three terms, and previously worked as a Police Officer with the Buffalo Police Department in various roles, including D.A.R.E. Officer. Barbara is also a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army Reserve, assigned to the 98th Division Second Brigade. She holds an associate’s degree in Secretarial Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration/Criminal Justice, and a Master’s Degree in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College. Her commitment and experience greatly enhance the mission of the Gamma Phi Omega Housing Development Corporation.

Christina Williams is a dedicated educator and admirer of the arts. With over 10 years of experience in higher education, leadership and community development. Christina currently serves as an academic advisor in the college capacity and assisting with a non-competitive dance school in the east side of buffalo in her spare time. In this new role as a board member Christina is happy to further the core values of this corporation in the community.

Kenisha Smith serves as the Fundraising Chairman for the Gamma Phi Omega Housing Development Corporation, where she leverages her diverse background to create impactful fundraising initiatives. With experience as a Community Education Coordinator, Kenisha has developed programs that empower local residents and strengthen community ties.
